1. You have an idea for your event.
Possible date, number of guests. location and ideally an idea of the budget.

2. Fill out our Event Form.
We plan and calculate your approximate ideas and design a draft without any obligation.

3. Our Inmotional Event Manager will contact you.
In order to present an exact planning and calculation, we would like to speak with you personally. This can take place in our office in Vienna, by phone or via Zoom or Skype.

4. We plan, develop, calculate.
After the personal conversation, we can respond exactly to your wishes and ideas and will contact our partners in all event areas required for your needs.

5. Final line-up.
You will receive a complete offer with an exact calculation. Changes are still possible in this phase until you confirm the final version or your event.

6. Logistics and coordination.
Of course, our team will be with you from the beginning to the end of your event. You can enjoy your celebration without worries and don't need to worry doubt anything except your guests. Occasionally we even take care of the guests:)
